E4000 Fixture
Overview
The E4000 consists of both starboard and port wing panel assembly fixtures. Each fixture is capable of fixturing different wing panels by relocating stringer clamp pins to predefined locations. Fixturing of the wing panel includes loading all stringers, the panel interface strap, reinforcing members, and two sections of wing panel. Once fixtures are in place the wing is fully assembled using the E4000 riveter and removed upon completion.
