Handheld Electromagnetic Rivet Gun
Overview
The Electroimpact line of HH products are one shot HandHeld riveting systems designed for use with a variety of solid alloy rivets. The electronic synchronization of the actuators allows for this system to install both headed and slug rivets with ease. When used properly, this system allows the operator to install rivets in a safe and efficient manner. Our EMR units can be purchased as stand alone cart-mount systems or conveniently integrated into other portable machinery such as our manlifts.
The HH-503 riveting system is designed for use with slug rivets up to 3/8" in diameter. It is a 500V system integrated with Siemens touch panel HMI and CPU314-2DP PLC.
The HH-553 is similar to the HH-503, but it utilizes a 1000V system which allows it the ability to drive rivets up to 7/16". The system is integrated with the Siemens C7-636 Touchpanel PLC
The HH-54 riveting system is designed for rivets up to 1/4" in diameter. It runs on a 1000V system and is integrated with the Siemens HMI and CPU314-2DP PLC as well.
