We have extensive experience in aircraft tooling design and manufacturing. Our 36,000 square foot High Bay Assembly Facility, complete with four twenty-five ton overhead cranes, provides us with the capability of manufacturing some very large machinery.
To bring these products to the factory floor Electroimpact has developed the necessary credentials and certifications. Under the ISO 9001 program, Electroimpact has developed a broad range of quality control and inspection procedures. The ISO 9001 certification specifies careful documentation and control of engineering and manufacturing information. Recently Electroimpact was approved for AS9100 registration.
